Monelli is seeking an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about mixology, thrives in a rapid-paced environment, and provides top-notch service to guests.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve drinks efficiently and professionally
Maintain cleanliness of the bar and bar equipment
Engage with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere
Handle cash and operate POS systems
Restock and manage inventory
Comply with all food safety and alcohol laws

Qualifications:
Proven bartending experience (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
Knowledge of classic and modern cocktails
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Prospect for growth in a rapid-paced restaurant environment
