Eden Pasticceria is seeking a skilled and motivated Pastrycook to join our team on a full-time basis at our Five Dock location.

Position Details
Full-time: 38 hours per week
Salary: $79,500 per annum + 12% superannuation
Location: Five Dock, NSW
Work arrangement: In person
Position available for a minimum of 2 years, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and business needs

Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare, bake and finish a variety of pastries, cakes, biscuits, buns and other pastry products
Prepare doughs, fillings, creams and other pastry components
Follow recipes, production requirements and presentation standards
Ensure consistency, quality and appropriate presentation of all products
Monitor oven temperatures, baking times and production processes
Check the quality of ingredients and finished products
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen,



equipment and baking areas
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace standards
Assist with stock control, inventory management and ordering of ingredients
Work collaboratively with other members of the kitchen and production team

Requirements
Relevant qualification, such as Certificate III or IV in Patisserie, or equivalent
At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience
Solid knowledge of pastry preparation and baking techniques
Ability to maintain high standards of quality and consistency
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team
