About the role

As a Lead Mentor and senior support lead, you will work closely with management, stake holders and participants to support their independence, wellbeing and personal goals. there is an prospect right now to solidify your career with an organisation that is in high demand.

Community access and social support
Personal care and daily living assistance
Participant mentoring and confidence building programs
Supporting independence and life skills
Progress notes and transparent documentation

Unrestricted Australian work rights

Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
National Police Check
First Aid & CPR
Excellent written and verbal English skills (clear documentation and incident reporting required)
