Armstrong Barbecue is one of Geelong's most loved craft barbecue restaurants. Low and slow, house smoked, made with genuine care. The kind of place people drive across town for.

We're looking for someone who makes the whole experience feel effortless.

This is a broad FOH role. You'll welcome guests, read the floor, and know what a table needs before they ask. You'll jump behind the bar when it's busy and hold your own there. You'll be the kind of person the rest of the team wants on shift with them.

The food sells itself. Your job is to make everything around it just as positive.

What we're looking for

Someone who actually enjoys people. You're switched on, you pick up on the vibe of a table, and you make people feel welcome without even trying hard. You're comfortable on the floor and keen to learn the bar side of things. Reliable, well presented, valuable energy — the kind of person the team wants around.

Pay: $26.44 – $44.88 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 25.0 per week
