We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Registered Nurses to join our team at a Medicare Urgent Care Clinic (UCC) located in Dandenong South. This clinic provides fully bulk-billed, walk-in care for patients requiring urgent but non-emergency treatment, helping reduce pressure on local hospital emergency departments.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in our Urgent Care Clinic, you will work alongside a supportive team of doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. You will manage a variety of presentations, including minor injuries, acute illnesses, and urgent care needs.

Key Responsibilities
Triage and manage patients presenting with urgent but non-life-threatening conditions
Assist doctors with procedures and treatments
Perform wound care, IV cannulation, ECGs, and basic pathology collection
Monitor and manage patients’ clinical conditions
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with clinic policies
Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse




Recent emergency nursing or urgent care nursing experience (essential)
Proven ability to manage patients in a rapid-paced clinical environment
Excellent triage, assessment, and critical thinking skills
Current CPR &/or Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
