Job Description

This is a permanent, part-time Educator role offering 12 hours per week across after school care. You'll be part of a regular schedule, so the team and the children know they can count on you being there.

You will be responsible for:
Supervising and interacting with children aged 5 to 12 in enjoyable, protected and purposeful ways
Supporting routines like snack, homework and play
Helping deliver creative and inclusive activities
Building strong relationships with families and school staff
Working with your team to keep the space calm and respectful

What we're looking for:

Communication is the thing that matters most at this service. You are:
A solid, confident communicator with children, families and your team




Passionate about having fun with kids and creating safe, engaging activities
Energetic, caring and reliable
Interested in developing further, with the option to train as a Responsible Person over time

You will need:
A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Completion certificate for Foundations of Child Safety Training (GECCKO)
Current child protection training
