Occhio Optometry is looking for a friendly, motivated Optical Dispenser / Optical Assistant to join our team in Fitzroy.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people find the right eyewear and wants to be part of a welcoming, patient-focused independent practice.

About the role

You’ll be involved in all aspects of the optical side of the practice, including:
Providing personalised eyewear recommendations and styling advice
Cutting and fitting lenses
Dispensing
Taking measurements and adjustments
Assisting patients throughout their eyewear journey
Frame and product selection and merchandising
Processing orders and liaising with suppliers
General reception and practice support
Providing an exceptional patient experience

Optical dispensing experience is highly regarded.
