Your role:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to come and join our team at the West Footscray Branch in a P&C; role. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment and onboarding processes, as well as supporting employee relations and performance management.

Day-to-day:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
Conduct interviews and facilitate the onboarding process.
Provide support to managers on performance management and employee relations issues.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.

What we need from you:
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or related field.
