What you’ll be doing
Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service
Prepare and serve drinks behind the bar
Take food orders, deliver meals and clear tables
Keep the bar and dining areas clean, stocked and ready for guests
Work with the kitchen and front of house team to keep service moving
Follow responsible service requirements and venue procedures

What we’re looking for
A friendly manner and confidence talking with customers




Bar or food service experience and a willingness to learn
Someone who notices what needs doing and jumps in to help
The ability to stay organised and attentive during busy service
Availability to work across weekdays and weekends
A current RSA
