We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Melbourne on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership abilities and hands-on experience with Opera Cloud PMS.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervising daily hotel operations and team performance
Supporting front office and housekeeping coordination
Managing guest service standards and resolving issues professionally
Assisting with staff training, rostering, and operational planning
Ensuring smooth use of Opera Cloud and hotel systems

Requirements:
Previous experience in a hotel supervisory or leadership role
Strong working knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS




Excellent leadership and team management skills
Professional communication and problem-solving ability
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
Valid Australian work rights
