As they expand, they are looking to bring in some P&C; generalist operational capability to support the growth they are going through.

About the role

They are looking for an individual contributor to join the team who can play a key role in supporting and strengthening a people-first culture across the business, for an initial 6mth period. This position is responsible for delivering operational support across the team member lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, team member experience, people systems, compliance, and performance support.

Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
Maintaining and supporting People & Culture systems, ensuring accurate team member records, compliance, documentation, reporting, and data integrity.
Supporting leaders and managers with day-to-day people operations, team member queries, and performance-related administration.
Assisting in the delivery of people initiatives including engagement surveys,



training and development programs, culture initiatives, and performance processes.
Act as a point of contact for team member enquiries, providing responsive, qualified, and solutions-focused support.
Support compliance like award interpretation.

About You
Previous experience in a People & Culture, HR, or operational administration role within a busy team would be beneficial!
An understanding of Up-to-date Awards, Fair Work legislation, and basic Award interpretation would help
Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence interacting across all levels of the business.
Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset.
Proactive, self-directed, and highly accountable with a strong sense of ownership.
