Complete Cake Decorating Supplies is a family-owned retail and wholesale business specialising in cake decorating and baking supplies. We are looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused person to join our Panorama team.

Key responsibilities include:
Providing friendly customer service and product recommendations
Answering phone and customer enquiries
Processing sales and general retail duties
Maintaining an organised and welcoming store
Picking and checking customer orders in a warehouse environment

The successful candidate will have:
Knowledge of cake decorating and baking products
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A friendly, confident and approachable manner




Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
Strong attention to detail
A reliable, positive and professional attitude
The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous retail, sales, customer service, cake decorating, baking or hospitality experience will be highly regarded.
