The Belle General is looking for a reliable, upbeat Front of House team member to join our crew. This is more than a service role – you’ll be the face of the business, setting the tone for every guest's experience.

Our venue is known for high-quality, wholefood offerings and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We’re seeking someone who is attentive, organised, and thrives in a energetic café setting.

What You'll Be Doing:
Preparing the front of venue each morning – setting tables with cutlery, salt and pepper, menus, etc.
Refreshing the display cabinet, ensuring salads and items look fresh, full, and inviting
Ensuring all food labels for accuracy and dietary clarity
Stocking the drinks fridge and ensuring front-of-house stations are well supplied
Taking and processing customer orders with a smile and efficiency
Monitoring tables and guest needs during quieter moments – being proactive and present
Supporting baristas and the kitchen team when needed – this is a multitasking role
Maintaining high cleanliness standards, including end-of-day closing procedures





We're Looking for Someone Who:
Has previous hospitality or café experience
Can multitask confidently and stay composed under pressure
Is customer-focused, friendly, and outstanding with people
Pays solid attention to presentation and detail
Works well in a team and brings a positive energy to the floor
Is punctual, proactive, and willing to learn
Career progression to team leader/venue manager for the right candidate
