Scope of Duties:

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll manage inbound enquiries, support sales activities, maintain accurate customer records, and provide administrative support to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage inbound customer phone calls
Qualify enquiries and direct customers to the appropriate team member
Respond to website,



email and customer enquiries
Conduct post-sale and outbound post
Process sales orders
Assist with spare parts sales and enquiries
Maintain accurate CRM and customer database records
Provide general administrative support to the Customer Service team

About you:
Previous customer service, administration or sales support experience
Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot experience highly regarded)
Commercially minded and able to identify customer needs and opportunities
Naturally customer-focused and confident communicating by phone and email
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
Accurate, detail-oriented and process-driven
A positive team player who is accountable and eager to learn
