Abberfield Aged Care is 142 bed family owned facility located on Bluff Road Sandringham. Bus 825 is located at front of facility, and we are a 3 minute drive from Highett train station. We are a well-established home using with many long serving team members. We believe in and value your time.

Upskilling and straightforward to use electronic care systems

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a genuine passion to make a difference in people lives
Value teamwork and be able to show initiative
Provide exceptional personal care and support to residents
AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
Experience in Aged Care (highly regarded)
Current National Police Check
An understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
Be vaccinated against COVID 19
Have or willing to obtain an NDIS Clearance
