At Fitness Cartel Health Clubs, we’re more than a gym — we’re an exciting and fast-growing brand with plans to expand to 60+ clubs by 2030. Our state-of-the-art facilities include everything from Cycle Studios and Reformer Pilates to cafés, crèche, and saunas, creating a feel-good workplace that motivates, challenges, and inspires.

We’re bringing Fitness Cartel to Strathpine — and while we’re not actively recruiting for our Kids Cartel (Crèche) team just yet, we’re building a talent pool of caring, reliable individuals ready to join us when we launch.

About the Opportunity (When Roles Open)

As part of our Kids Cartel team, you’ll help create a safe, fun and welcoming environment for children, allowing parents to enjoy their time in the club with peace of mind.

You’ll play an important role in delivering a positive experience for both children and families within a vibrant fitness setting.

What You’ll Be Doing
Supervising children in a safe and engaging environment
Following all booking,



sign-in and pick-up procedures
Monitoring behaviour to ensure safety for all children and staff
Communicating with children to keep them happy and settled
Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming space

Who We’re Looking For
Experience working with children in a similar workplace
A caring, patient and friendly nature
Reliable, proactive and professional
Strong communication skills
A team player who can multitask and show initiative
Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Flexible availability to suit gym operating hours
