Your impact

We're seeking an experienced Civil Lead to provide technical leadership across renewable and conventional power generation projects, including wind, solar, BESS and thermal generation. You will lead multidisciplinary project teams, build solid client relationships, support business growth, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality engineering solutions across the project lifecycle. Working closely with regional and global teams, you'll play a key role in project delivery, mentoring engineers, and driving innovation within the business.

You'll be a degree-qualified Civil Engineer with significant experience leading complex infrastructure or energy projects. You'll bring robust technical expertise, proven project and engineering management capabilities, and the ability to build trusted client relationships. Robust commercial awareness, stakeholder management, communication and mentoring skills are essential, along with a collaborative approach to leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering successful project outcomes.
