We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Storeperson to join our Returns Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of hands-on warehouse work and administration, is comfortable using technology and spreadsheets and enjoys working collaboratively with different teams across the business.

Full training will be provided, so a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Process and manage customer and business returns in accordance with company procedures.
Receive, inspect, sort and process returned stock.
Check returned products for damage, faults or discrepancies and determine the appropriate next steps.
Accurately record return information using spreadsheets and internal systems.
Maintain and update spreadsheets, records and documentation.
Respond to and manage emails relating to returns and follow up on outstanding matters.
Collaborate closely with the Sales Team and other departments to resolve return-related queries and issues.
Identify and resolve issues through effective problem-solving and attention to detail.
Label, scan,



sort and organise returned stock within the warehouse.
Repack suitable products and prepare stock for resale, redistribution or further assessment.
Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
Maintain a clean, organised and secure working setting.

Essential requirements
Min 2 years experience working in warehousing or logistics
Experience working in returns and in credits is beneficial but not essential
Must have full Australian working rights either permanent residency or Australian citizenship.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel/spreadsheets, emails and computer-based systems.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Reliable, punctual and committed to completing tasks accurately.
A team player who is also comfortable working independently.

Pay: $31.00 – $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week
