Your Recent Role:
In your role as the People and Culture Advisor you will sit within an established and supportive team, with a primary focus on employee relations and proactive coaching and support. Your duties will include:
Your Main Duties:
Support leaders across the entire employee life cycle using company policies and frameworks.
Lead core HR activities including performance, remuneration, talent reviews, and workforce planning.
Provide constructive advice on workplace relations, grievances, disciplinary processes, and performance issues.
Assist with enterprise agreement negotiations, industrial relations strategies, and workforce communications.
Deliver accurate reporting on headcount, compliance, metrics, and overall business performance.

About You:
Experience in a similar employee relations, HR role
