The Role

In this period of growth, the firm is looking for an ambitious, up-and-coming Adviser to help build the business.

As an Associate Adviser, you will:
Support senior advisers in proactively managing client affairs, including annual progress meetings, compliance, and portfolio reviews.
Get to know clients, be in meetings and immediately add value to advice process
Prepare strategic advice documentation, financial modelling, and investment recommendations
Collaborate with advisers and external service providers to ensure seamless client outcomes




Conduct analysis across cashflow, debt, gearing, superannuation, and investment structures
Take on some existing clients in time and build out your own book of business with support and guidance

About You
Degree qualitied; FASEA compliant
Ready to begin, or recently completed Qualified Year
3+ years of experience in Financial Planning, typically within a paraplanning, client services, or similar capacity
Solid depth and knowledge in investments, wealth creation, and wealth protection strategies
Commercially astute, with the ability to identify opportunities within existing and recent clients
Confident communicator; able to hold composure with UHNW clients
