Mechanical Engineering Technician

Position – Full Time

Salary range - $110k to 131k

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mechanical Engineering Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support across mechanical design, installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with the design, modification, and improvement of mechanical equipment and systems.
Prepare and update technical drawings, plans, specifications, and engineering documentation.
Conduct inspections, measurements, testing, and equipment assessments.
Assist with installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
Diagnose mechanical faults and assist with troubleshooting and repairs.
Work closely with engineers, tradespeople, contractors, and suppliers.
Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure work complies with relevant engineering standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.
Maintain accurate technical, inspection,



and maintenance records.

About You
Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
Previous experience in a mechanical engineering or industrial environment is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Knowledge of mechanical equipment, systems, and maintenance practices.
CAD experience is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
High attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
