Position Details:
The Servite College community seeks an Outdoor Education Coordinator. As highly valued members of Servite's educational team, they will actively contribute to achieving our educational mission and play a crucial role to deliver exceptional Outdoor Education programmes across the College. This position calls for an enthusiastic educator with a robust passion and expertise in empowering students to maximise their educational potential and opportunities.

The incumbent will provide leadership and guidance regarding curriculum initiatives, the learning and teaching process, and coordinating programmes designed to engage students. This position focuses on identifying student qualifications and accreditations opportunities, collaborating with external providers,



and managing recreational and educational activities

The ideal candidate will possess a visionary approach to learning and a comprehensive understanding of theory and practical experience in this specialised field. They will be required to manage and allocate the budget for the programme, ensuring value for money and productive resource utilisation
