RESTAURANT MANAGER – YAKITORI RESTAURANT

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our Japanese Yakitori restaurant team.

About the Role
Lead and manage the day-to-day restaurant operations
Manage and train front-of-house staff
Ensure excellent customer service and dining experience
Manage staff rosters, stock control and daily operations
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and service
Work closely with the kitchen and management team

Requirements
Previous restaurant management experience is essential
Solid leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service and organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Reliable, responsible and well-presented
Japanese restaurant or hospitality experience is highly regarded
