About the role

Xtracare Equipment is seeking a full-time team member to join the maintenance and field support/service team. You will work with a range of assistive technology equipment, including manual and power wheelchairs, seating solutions, and other mobility aids for adults and children.

Key responsibilities
Inspecting, repairing, and maintaining a range of equipment – including manual and power wheelchairs, beds, lifters, electric recliners and other assistive technology
Assembling and modifying equipment to suit individual client needs
Performing occasional deliveries, collections, and on-site servicing with clients
Collaborating with techs, admin team, and customers to solve problems and deliver great outcomes

About you
Mechanical, automotive, or hands-on experience working on bicycles – or similar hands-on trade background
Confidence using hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment
Willingness to learn current skills – like basic upholstery, electrical repairs, or mobility equipment assembly
Strong attention to detail and pride in doing a job properly
A friendly,



respectful attitude willing to work with and communicate with clients
A current driver's licence
