About the Roles

We’re hiring GPHs (General Purpose Hands) and Hosts/Hostesses to help deliver memorable experiences. You don’t need marine experience to apply—just a great attitude and solid customer service skills.

What You’ll Be Doing
Greeting guests and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere
Assisting with onboard duties, including basic deck and hosting tasks
Helping guests with seating, boarding, and general enquiries
Supporting protected vessel operations under crew direction
Keeping the vessel clean, tidy, and presentable
Helping with wharf check-ins or sales when needed

What We’re Looking For




RSA (required for onboard roles)
Hospitality, tourism, or customer service experience (preferred)
Excellent communication skills and a warm, upbeat personality
Ability to work well in a team and show initiative
Reliable, well presented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
GPH certificate and First Aid qualification are an advantage but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part time, Casual Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
