We’re looking for experienced Spray Seal Workers to join a busy road surfacing crew working across Grafton, the Clarence Valley and surrounding areas

If you know your way around a spray seal crew, can handle the early starts, long days and all-weather conditions, and want consistent work with a solid crew, we want to hear from you!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We’re keen to speak with people who have experience in:
Spray sealing / bitumen sealing
Road surfacing
Aggregate spreading
Roller operation
General civil / road construction
Loading and unloading materials and equipment




Working safely around spray trucks and heavy machinery

Truck licences and tickets are highly regarded, including HR, MR, HC, White Card or plant tickets. Most importantly, you’ll be someone who turns up, works hard and knows what it takes to get the job done properly.

�� CURRENT TO SPRAY SEAL? If you have a solid civil or road construction background and are keen to learn spray sealing, we’d still like to hear from you. Training prospects may be available for the right people.
