As we continue to grow, we're looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team in a combined role supporting our production and warehouse operations.

About the Role:

This is a combined role that spans our roll forming operations and warehouse functions. You will work closely with our production team to manufacture fencing components using roll forming equipment, while also supporting day-to-day warehouse tasks including stock management, order fulfilment, and dispatch. No two days are exactly the same — this role suits someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes ownership of their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Roll Forming
Operate and monitor roll forming machinery to produce fencing profiles and components to specification
Conduct quality checks on finished product to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish
Maintain a clean and safe work area around production equipment

Warehouse & Logistics
Receive, check, and put away incoming stock and raw materials
Pick, pack,



and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
Assist with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles using forklifts or other equipment
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stocktakes
Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with WHS requirements
Assist other team members with general yard and workshop duties as required

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment (preferred)
Familiarity with roll forming machinery or sheet metal fabrication is an advantage
Forklift licence (LF ticket) – this is a must
Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, punctual, and a positive attitude towards teamwork
Ability to follow procedures
