We are looking for an experienced VP Sales to drive growth and recent business across the Australian Banking sector. This is a highly sales-driven, hunting-focused leadership role for someone with a robust track record of opening doors, building senior relationships, and closing strategic deals.

Key Responsibilities
Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across the Banking/BFSI sector.
Develop and execute sales strategies focused on Data, Analytics & AI solutions.
Build and maintain solid relationships with C-level and senior banking stakeholders.
Identify, qualify and convert new opportunities through proactive hunting and account development.
Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and closure.
Build a strong pipeline and consistently achieve revenue and sales targets.




Work closely with delivery, technology and leadership teams to shape solutions aligned to client needs.
Represent the organisation at industry events and strengthen its presence within the Australian Banking market.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in enterprise technology sales, preferably within Banking/BFSI.
Strong hunter/new-logo acquisition background with a demonstrated ability to open and develop accounts.
Track record of selling Data, Analytics, AI or related digital technology solutions.
Established relationships and network across Australian Banking institutions.
Robust consultative selling, negotiation and C-level engagement skills.
Experience managing complex, high-value enterprise sales cycles.
Commercially driven, target-oriented and capable of operating at a senior leadership level.
