Hoppers Crossing Veterinary Clinic is looking for a passionate and experienced Certificate IV Veterinary Nurse to join our wonderful team!

We are proud to be the oldest privately run veterinary practice in Wyndham, and we have built a strong reputation within our community through our commitment to exceptional patient care and outstanding client service.

We are seeking a fully qualified Veterinary Nurse with a minimum of two years' experience to join us on a casual basis, with the opportunity to transition into a part time position.

About the role

This is a diverse and rewarding nursing role where you will be an integral part of our clinical team. Your responsibilities will include:
Surgical nursing and anaesthetic monitoring
Caring for and monitoring hospitalised patients
Assisting veterinarians during consultations
Conducting nurse appointments
Exceptional animal handling and patient care
Reception and client service duties
Maintaining high standards of clinical care and practice

About you

We are looking for someone who:
Holds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
Has at least two years of veterinary nursing experience
Has demonstrated experience in surgical nursing and anaesthetic monitoring




Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is confident handling animals and committed to exceptional patient welfare
Enjoys working as part of a close-knit, collaborative team
Can thrive in a busy, fast-paced veterinary environment
Takes pride in delivering outstanding care to patients and clients
