About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Vacuum Truck Operator to join our growing civil construction team in Western Australia. Working across a variety of infrastructure and utilities, projects, you will be responsible for operating vacuum excavation equipment safely and efficiently while supporting project teams on site. Key Responsibilities

· Operate vacuum excavation trucks and associated equipment. · Conduct non-destructive digging (NDD) around underground services.

· Complete pre-start inspections and daily maintenance checks.

· Safely identify and expose underground utilities.

· Assist civil crews with excavation, trenching, and construction activities.

· Maintain accurate service location and job records.

· Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and site requirements.

· Adhere to Western Australian WHS regulations.

Essential Requirements





· Current HR Driver License (minimum). · Previous experience operating vacuum excavation trucks.

· White Card.

· Robust commitment to workplace health and safety.

· Ability to pass medical and drug & alcohol screening.

· Good communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.

Highly Regarded

· Utility locating experience. · Experience in civil construction or underground services.

· First Aid certificate.

· Experience in civil construction or underground services.

· MRWA Traffic Management accreditation (Desirable)

· High-Risk Work License.
