About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, energetic and reliable Casual Shop Assistant to join our Wendy’s Milk Bar team.

This is a customer-focused role where you will help create a excellent experience for every customer while keeping the store clean, organised and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Take customer orders and operate the POS/cash register.
Prepare and serve ice creams, milkshakes, drinks and other products.
Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately.
Maintain clean and tidy counters, equipment and customer areas.
Restock products and packaging as required.
Assist with food preparation and general shop duties.
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
Complete cleaning duties throughout the shift.
Assist with opening and closing the store.
Work cooperatively with supervisors and other team members.
Provide effective and friendly service, particularly during busy periods.

Able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and school holidays where required.

Pay: $34.00 – $41.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 32.0 per week
