About the role

This is a hands-on role involving all areas of the business. You will be involved in customer service, booking systems, EFTPOS/cash transactions, customer safety, day-to-day operations, cleaning and presentation, while working alongside managers, senior and junior staff.

Key responsibilities
Front counter sales and customer service
Booking systems management
EFTPOS/cash transactions
Assisting with customer safety
Day-to-day operations
Cleaning and presentation
Working in a busy, rapid-paced environment, especially school Holidays and weekends.

About you
Experience in customer service, booking systems and EFTPOS/cash transactions
Confidence to work in a busy, fast-paced workplace
Outstanding communicator
Enjoy working with people
Hands-on approach
Current First Aid/CPR certificate preferred
