We are seeking a hands-on Staff Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable data platforms using Snowflake, dbt, and AWS.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data platforms.
Build and maintain data transformation workflows using dbt.
Develop data models, reusable macros, tests, documentation, and CI/CD processes.
Optimize Snowflake performance, security, and cost efficiency.
Use AWS services such as S3, Glue, Lambda, IAM, Kinesis, and Step Functions.
Implement data quality, governance, monitoring, and security standards.
Lead technical designs, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.




Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues.

Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in data or software engineering.
Robust expertise in Snowflake, dbt, AWS, SQL, and Python.
Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud architecture.
Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
Solid technical leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Airflow, Kafka, Spark, Terraform, or Docker.
SnowPro or AWS certification.
Experience with data governance, streaming, and BI platforms.
