is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced female Disability Support Worker to provide consistent, person-centred support to a female NDIS participant in Orange.Available shifts:
Monday: 10:00 am–12:00 pm
Tuesday: 10:00 am–12:00 pm
Wednesday: 10:00 am–3:00 pm
Friday: 10:00 am–12:00 pm

Key responsibilities:
Personal care and hygiene assistance
Medication support and health monitoring
Mobility assistance and supervision
Meal preparation and household tasks
Supporting structured daily routines
Using explicit, calm, and respectful communication
Encouraging independence and community participation
Completing accurate progress notes and documentation

Essential requirements:
Previous disability or aged-care experience
Certificate III in Individual Support or a related qualification
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Patient, dependable, and committed to providing consistent support

Immediate availability is highly regarded. Pay: $34.00 – $40.00 per hour
