Job Vacancy | Support Worker (Certificate III Required)

We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Casual Support Worker to join our team!

Requirements
Must hold a Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care / Disability
Strong communication skills and empathy
Ability to work independently and within a team
Reliable, patient, and responsible
Valid Police Check
Full driver’s licence
Must be able to communicate in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).

Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living tasks (personal care, meal preparation, community access, etc.)
Provide high-quality support services ensuring clients’ safety and well-being
Implement personalised support plans based on clients’ needs
