An opportunity has become available for an experienced Compliance Manager to join a leading banking organisation on an initial 6-month contract with strong potential to extend.

This is a hands-on 2nd Line Compliance role, providing trusted compliance advice across the business and supporting the ongoing management and uplift of the organisation’s compliance framework.

About the role

You will be responsible for:
Providing practical, commercially focused 2nd Line compliance advice to business stakeholders
Supporting the identification, assessment and management of compliance risks
Advising on regulatory obligations and their application across the business
Supporting compliance monitoring, reporting and risk management activities
Contributing to compliance framework and process uplift initiatives




Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business

About you We are looking for someone with:
Proven experience in a 2nd Line Compliance / Compliance Advisory role
Robust experience within banking or financial services
A solid understanding of regulatory obligations and compliance frameworks
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills
The ability to operate autonomously and quickly add value in a contract environment
