The Role
Lead workplace and commercial projects from briefing through to completion
Develop robust design concepts and narratives aligned with client objectives
Build trusted client relationships and confidently present design proposals
Coordinate documentation, consultants and project teams
Ensure design intent, budget and programme are maintained




Mentor junior designers and contribute to the wider studio
Embed sustainable and safe design principles into projects

About You
Degree qualified in Interior Design, Architecture or a related discipline
8+ years’ experience, ideally across workplace, commercial interiors or fit-out
Proven project leadership and client-facing experience
Strong conceptual and presentation skills
Proficient in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong technical documentation and visualisation skills
Experience mentoring junior designers
Green Star or sustainability experience is advantageous
