Qualifications & Experience Essential
Meets FASEA education requirements or holds a valid exemption.
Completed the Financial Adviser Exam.
An approved Bachelor's degree or higher, such as a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Financial Planning, or Bachelor degree in Financial Planning or a Master of Financial PlanningEligible as an Authorised Representative under an AFSL.
Accredited to advise on financial products and services.
Prior experience as a Financial Adviser.

Client Service
Provide accurate, timely financial advice to existing clients while maintaining up-to-date knowledge through ongoing professional development.
Ensure all client records and administrative tasks comply with business policies and regulatory requirements.

Support the firm’s growth by attracting current clients in line with agreed strategic and marketing objectives.

Build robust client relationships and understand their financial goals.
Deliver tailored advice and financial plans, involving specialists as needed.
Act as a key contact and trusted adviser.
Respond promptly and accurately to client enquiries.
Support the client service team to ensure timely, compliant advice delivery.

Advice & Compliance
Complete adviser responsibilities to a high standard and within deadlines.
Adhere to AFSL policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance obligations.
Review and guide advice research, modelling, and analysis.
Ensure ongoing service, disclosures, and consents are completed accurately.
Maintain accurate client records and contribute to process improvements.
