The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Resource Planning Coordinator to join our Perth team on an 8:6 roster, supporting our growing shutdown and project workforce.
This is a hands-on, 360° planning and mobilisation role, giving you exposure across the full lifecycle of a job — from planning and resourcing through to mobilisation and execution.
Reporting to the Planning Team Leads, you’ll work closely with Recruitment, Operations, clients and site personnel to make sure the right people, equipment and logistics are in place when they’re needed.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate planning and mobilisation requirements across shutdowns and projects
Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to confirm people, training, dates and asset requirements
Identify and communicate resourcing gaps and planning risks
Work closely with Recruitment to meet workforce requirements and maintain resource availability
Maintain planning trackers and systems to ensure key dates and requirements are accurate
Coordinate travel, accommodation, labour lists and daily site movements
Communicate mobilisation requirements and scheduled works to personnel
Manage changes to scope and resourcing,
escalating key issues to the Resource Planning Manager
Support the effective use of Warrikal’s planning and workforce systems
About You
Previous experience in mobilisation, workforce coordination, resource planning or recruitment coordination.
Experience using training, mobilisation or workforce planning systems such as ERMS, SuccessFactors, INX, OPMS, IFS or SAP.
Demonstrates solid teamwork and work ethic, with the ability to adapt to change
Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
Exhibits high organisational skills to manage mobilisation requirements
