We are seeking highly motivated Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis.

Adaptable availability and able to work between the hours of 7.00am to 7.00pm Monday – Friday

Ability to build rapport with patients and their family

Tasks & Responsibilities
Greeting patients and families
Scheduling of appointments for patients




Maintain patient accounts and records
Assist patients in filling out required medical history forms
Confirming appointments with patients
Manage and organise specialist referrals
Discussing payment options with patients
Keep track of office supplies and place orders for more supplies when necessary
Perform basic accounting tasks such as taking patient payments and end of day banking
Update patient information as required
Sort and organise incoming and outgoing mail and labwork
Ensure reception area is maintained and professional in appearance
Chairside assistance where required
Sterilisation duties
General housekeeping
