The role

We are looking for a full time permanent Quarry Operator to join our friendly Fernvale team. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate mobile and fixed plant equipment such as excavators and front-end loaders, while contributing to a safe and efficient site.

We are seeking experienced operators; however, motivated entry-level applicants are also welcome to apply, with full training provided.

This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a secure, essential industry with a supportive team.

What You’ll Do
Operate mobile and fixed plant
Maintain safety, health, and environmental standards
Perform basic maintenance, labouring, and housekeeping
Report hazards and incidents promptly

What You’ll Need
Mobile plant/heavy equipment experience (preferred)
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
Loader ticket and mechanical aptitude (preferred)
Strong safety mindset and team focus
