Quality Engineering Lead – Melbourne

CloudMarc is looking for an experienced Quality Engineering Lead to join a major enterprise engagement in Melbourne.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining Quality Engineering leadership, automation and contemporary engineering practices. We’re looking for someone who can lead and influence teams while remaining technically involved.

Key Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on Playwright & TypeScript
GitLab CI/CD and automated pipeline integration
Solid Salesforce testing experience
Experience across IVR / Contact Centre testing
Cyara experience
API, integration, functional and end-to-end testing
Automation framework design and code reviews
Robust QE engineering standards and best practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Strong leadership and ability to influence engineering and delivery teams




Salesforce Agentforce / Chatbot testing experience is desirable
