You will own the end-to-end success of Camps & Lodges - from the quality of every guest journey to the performance of your people, the health of the P&L;, and the development of our Camps & Lodges.
You will be responsible for:Setting the tone for a high performance culture.Driving the safety culture.Directing and overseeing the financial performance to achieve budgetContinually raising the bar on guest experience.The proactive management of the Net Promotor Scores (NPS).
