Whether you're assisting customers with their next project, creating colour solutions, or supporting the day-to-day running of the store, you'll play an key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.At Haymes Paint, you'll receive the training and support needed to build your expertise in paint products, colour, and design, while developing valuable retail and sales skills.Key Responsibilities:Provide service, advice and product solutions to both trade and retail customersHandle all paint related questions for all customers, including tinting paint products and colour matching to customer requirements.Inventory control (goods receiving/stocktaking), stock replenishmentTake orders in-store and by phoneBuild strong relationships with repeat customers in store and fellow colleaguesAssist with visual displays, store presentation and general house-keepingComply with safe work practicesAbout you:Previous experience working in a customer service roleA willingness to learn, grow and develop with Haymes PaintA driver's licence to make local deliveriesExperience with stock handling and merchandisingConfidence to perform manual tasks (Lifting up to 22kg)Point of Sales (POS)
