We're seeking an experienced Travel Coordinator to join the Sodexo team based in our Balcatta office.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time position (38 hours per week), including weekend coverage once every five weeks as part of a roster.
During your rostered weekend week, you'll have the Monday off, giving you a well-earned three-day weekend.
Weekend shifts are completed from home.Roster Coverage HoursMonday to Friday: 6:00am – 6:30pmSaturday and Sunday: 8:00am – 4:00pmShift PatternsEarly: 6:00am – 2:00pmLate: 10:30am – 6:30pmShifts rotate on an Early – Mid – Late pattern, with one weekend shift required every 5th week.Who are we looking for?

What You'll DoBook flights and accommodation for Sodexo employees and contractors travelling to various sites across the Pilbara regionCollaborate and work in alignment with our client requirements,
timeframes and systemsManage charter and commercial flight bookings and be adaptable to navigate between multiple travel booking systemsProvide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experienceComplete relevant compliance checks prior to booking travel in line with policy requirementsAnswer calls and respond to emails in relation to travel enquiries and escalations following set guidelinesEnsure all bookings are managed in line with process and scripting to achieve accuracy and consistencyCommunicate effectively with peers and leaders to ensure issues are identified and prioritised accordinglySupport the coordination of discrepancy and flight no show reportingEducate and support customers to ensure Travel Policy guidelines are understood and adhered toSupport critical site-based travel at weekends as per roster scheduleWhat You'll BringPrevious experience booking travel, preferably via Amex and/or InflightExperience using Microsoft Systems, Office and D365 CRM, preferableExcellent customer service skills and a customer centric attitudeConfident and positive communication skills with a friendly proactive approachAbility to prioritise effectively and flexibility to quickly adapt in a high-pressure environmentAbility to navigate systems with efficiency whilst maintaining high levels of accuracyStrong team playerThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing team within a global organization that is a leader in the operations, maintenance, and refurbishment of non-process infrastructure.
