This is an excellent opportunity to gain leadership experience within a well-established disability services organisation, leading a team of wonderful staff and supporting a busy hub.
Regular hours 9am – 3pm Monday to Friday

Be the person who makes a real difference
Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of Community Support Workers
Ensuring high-quality, person-centred service delivery
Overseeing daily operations, staffing, and rostering
Developing and delivering engaging and meaningful programs for clients
Managing incidents, reporting, and compliance requirements
Building positive relationships with clients, families, and community stakeholders
