About the role The Sales Manager – HCP Recruitment plays a pivotal leadership role in driving the strategic recruitment and retention of healthcare specialists across Cornerstone Health's growing network. This role requires a highly organised and execution-focused leader with robust sales & BD capabilities, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams.

Key responsibilities
Collaborate with the CBDO to align recruitment strategies with business objectives
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to align recruitment strategies with business objectives
Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans for recent and existing medical centres
Lead and manage the Lead Generation, Business Development (BD), and Sales teams
Team Pipeline & Funnel Management & Task Management
Drive Team performance against monthly and annual recruitment budgets
Foster collaboration between Sydney and Perth teams to enhance recruitment outcomes
Develop training tools and plans; manage team performance against KPIs
Improve CRM performance and workflow optimisation in partnership with the Salesforce BDM Administrator
Provide regular reporting and insights to the CBDO

About you

Proven experience in change management and operational execution

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
Demonstrated effective experience in a Leadership role within the health industry
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
