About the Role

Cruiser Consoles is a family owned and operated business located in Toowoomba, QLD. We have been manufacturing and installing Toyota Landcruiser consoles and accessories since 2014 and have built a solid reputation for quality and service. All our products are proudly Australian made.

We are recruiting a friendly, confident and experienced Administration, Sales & Customer Service Officer who is reliable, has a solid work ethic, attention to detail, and experience with Xero.

About the Chance:

You will work in a friendly team environment and play a vital role to ensure that a high standard of customer service is provided to our customers, as well as complete a variety of administration tasks to a high quality - you will be the first point of contact for all walk-in, phone and online enquiries. Candidates must have a minimum of 12 months administration experience to be considered for this position.

What We Offer:
Full Time position (no weekends): Monday-Friday: 7am to 3:30pm, Fridays: 7am to 12:30pm
Immediate start if available for the right canditate

Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include,



but are not limited to:
General Administration & Reception Duties, including:
Processing online orders
Replying to customer enquiries via email and social media platforms
Answering incoming phone enquiries
Greeting and assisting our walk-in customers
Booking shipments and data entry in Microsoft Excel
Use of XERO - experience essential
Gaining an understanding of 70 Series Landcruiser models and our relevant products - training provided
Adhere to WH&S; standards at all times; and
Contribute to our positive workplace culture and environment

Ability to manage time effectively, with excellent attention to detail
Be able to work efficiently on your own, and with our great team
A strong team player
Drivers licence and own transport required
Not essential but if you have an interest in the 4WD Industry this role could be of interest to you
