Bada by Sea Fuel – West End

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Permanent Chef to join our team at our busy all-day café and restaurant in West End.

We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a menu combining contemporary Australian café favourites with Asian-inspired and seafood dishes.

The role includes:
Preparing and cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner
Maintaining consistent food quality and presentation
Following recipes and portion control
Food preparation and kitchen organisation
Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
Working efficiently during busy service periods
Contributing ideas and working with the team to develop our menu

The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience as a chef in an Australian café or restaurant
Strong understanding of Australian café and restaurant cuisine




Good knowledge of local customers' tastes and expectations
Experience with breakfast and all-day dining
Solid food preparation and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, professional and positive attitude
Food Safety Supervisor certification is an advantage
