Good Nature Hotel is looking for a Casual Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team.Recently transformed and reopened in the heart of Federation Square, Valuable Nature is a fresh take on the city pub, with a large beer garden, modern pub dining, live sport, events and a menu featuring seasonal dishes, share plates, premium grills and pub classics.With the venue positioned right in the heart of Melbourne's CBD and close to Flinders Street Station, the MCG and major event precincts, there's plenty happening around the venue and lots of opportunity to be part of a busy kitchen team.The RoleAs a Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section and help deliver quality food across busy lunch, dinner, event and game-day services.You'll be responsible for:Preparing and cooking menu items to recipe and venue standardsTaking ownership of your designated sectionMaintaining food quality, consistency and presentationWorking closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef during serviceSupporting junior kitchen team membersMaintaining high food safety and hygiene standardsKeeping your section clean,
